The license agreement for fonts designed and/or developed by Escape Key Graphics (or John Potter) is pretty straight forward. The fonts are available for both personal and commercial use, BUT NOT FOR RESALE. In other words you can design all of the logos and stuff that you like using the fonts, but you cannot sell the fonts (or give them away for free) on the internet or on disk or in any other way.
