Parking Lot Planning Renderings
Client: Pier 7 Resort Marina

The Goal
The goal was to evaluate alternate layouts while integrating new features such as landscaped medians with potted plants. Achieving this required careful attention to scale, spacing, and real world dimensions, elements that are just as important as aesthetics in functional design work.
The Method
To accomplish this, I used SketchUp Pro to build accurate three dimensional models of the site and produced rendered views from multiple angles. All measurements were derived from aerial photography, allowing the client to review realistic spatial relationships without the need for a costly on site survey. Familiar SketchUp users may recognize several standard reference models used for scale, including the default figure commonly known as Marc.
In Summary
This project was not intended as a fine art or conceptual design exercise. The focus was on efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication, delivering exactly what the client needed in a timely and cost effective manner. If you have a project that requires practical visualization, spatial planning, or clear presentation of design options, I would be happy to discuss how I can help.
